Introduction of Jamia & Kulliyattutahirat and Its Background

When a person makes a thing as his goal, he does everything like awakening, sitting, sleeping and so on to achieve that his goal. He engrosses himself so much to achieve his goal that his every step goes towards on the way of his goal. Among such persons is Hazrat Maualan Muhammad Qasim sb, the grandson of Miyanji Musa sb, a great man of Mewat and tabligh, has cherished a goal to educate and reform the people Mewat. When the Maulana Qasim sb was a student of mishkat shareef in Darul Uloom Deoband, then on the occasion of Eidul Azah, his grandfather Miyanji Musa took him to a village located in Bharatpur Mewat for ten days for visiting it. Some of your friends were also with him on this journey. The gasht was done for eight days. They would only tell the people to come to sahauli,a village as there is ijtma to be held. But, after a week’s full struggle regarding tabligh, only two or three persons (and according to a saying two men and a disabled child) had come to this ijtima which showed a pathetic negligence the people of this area for the deen. And perhaps, it was in the mind of Hazrat Miyanji Musa to make his grandson to be aware of such situation and he succeeded in it, for Mualana Qasim sb himself had said that I had determined that if I was to work then I would work here in Mewat. After all, after having been passed out, it was confused matter for him where and how to do Islamic work, however, in times of such indecisive situations, he saw a dream in which he got a sign and he chose a place named “ mil kherla”. It was like the interpretation a dream seen by Hazrat Maulana Ilyas, the founder of jamat tabligh,in 1938 that when started a movement, then he had chosen the Mew People for his movement and along with 18 friends visited Mewat. While going around Mewat, he stayed in “mil kherla”. And there at some distance, was beri ka bagh know as sikka chaudri ke bagh. He had a rest here in this bagh for while and then sais to his all friends; “ I sense a smell of knowledge from this place. I wish here would be Madarsa”.
After coming back Markaz Nezamuddin, he sent team of 12 people to that place for Islamic works to be done, but because of negative attitudes of that locality’s people, none of them could stay longer and all returned back. So it can be said that it was destined for Hazrat Maualan Qasim sb, a man of talent, patience and struggles, turned to sikkah kherla to carry out Islamic works, while before, he taught in Madarsa kashiful Uloom, and also, earlier there a maktab was set up by his father Maualan Ayyub sb and uncle Maualan Abdul Kareem sb. When the Maualan came to kherla, there was no development except a shabby chabutra, sugar mil, and some machines of ata, dhan and oil etc. Nonetheless, the Maualana, who had a great desire to work herein, founded a madarsa, though the environment was not favouralbe, for, only a few people were connected with tabligh, so with the moral support of those people he went ahead with task. In the beginning, the Mualana himself taught, and after some months later, Miyanji Muhammad Ramzan sb got appointed as teacher, though he had less knowledge but was a great sincere. After a year, another Maualan Muhammad Iqbal Kashifi was appointed as a teacher, and then after three years, Hafiz Munshi was selected as teacher in 1968. The Jamia had focused fully on the quality of education because of which the Jamia got famous and the people started to give it a favour.
About for three years, no chanda was done for this Madarsa, but it was run with the self-money with the patience that we should also spend money like other people do, because of which, money was borrowed for the family members and the relatives as well. After three years, ghall wasuli was done and the receipts for doing chanda were published. Madarsa was named “ Darul Uloom Muhammadia Meel Khera”. A misfortunate incident occurred on 13 April 1947 because of the negligence of a student from Ajmer named Abdul Hakeem that the laltin feel down the floor of mat and it caught fire and soon the Madarsa made of clay and straw burnt to ashes. That time the Maualan was in Delhi and the other teachers were also out of the Madarsa for ghallah wasuli. When the Maulana came to know about incident, he, instead of getting fumed, comforted the students and teachers and made a plan for the rehabilitation of the Madarsa, because of the efforts, the Madarsa was rebuilt of clay and straw. And the pukhta tamir of the Madarsa started about since after 1980 and the Madarsa went on its way of higher quality of education and progress. In 2009, after taking advice form akabir Ualama, class of moquf alaih tam(Miskhat shareef) was introduced and in 2010, daura Hadith shareef (last year of fazil course) began and there were 54 students in it in the very first year. In 2012 and 2013, the study of takmil ifta and shuba qirat was arranged, besides these, some anjumans had been established like, Al-Nadi for the special study of Arabic language, shuba munazra for the study other religions specially the Islamic sects, anjuman islahurrusum and islahullisan for skill of oration, and shuba mazmoon nigari to know how to write an article.
In short, Maualana Muhammad Qasim sb did a number of works for the students to be skilful in every field which was the need of the hours. And unexpectedly, now the Madarsa is 40 acre lands.

Kulliyatuttahirat for girls’ education

The religion of Islam has made it necessary for men education and also it has made women felt as well the need of education and there are many glad-tidings for women’s education and trainings, for it is a daydream to make the Islamic environment for generations while keeping women away from Islamic education. There was not any boarding Islamic institute for girls’ education in Mewat. Hazrat Mohtamim thought about it and established an institute named Kulliyatuttahirat in 1992 for purpose of educating girl children. Eelier, it was a small institute which late large institute like an university. The foundation stone had been put by Hazrat Qari Muhammad Sddiq sb Bandavi. Since, there was not much awareness among the people to get girl children educated, so, in the early time, some rooms were constructed for the boarding only 70 girl students. But later on, the people started taking interest in it and number of students increased beyond the capacity. However, some it was managed, and the first batch of alamiat was prepared in 1997 and in same year, darja faizlat started and in 2000, first batch of fazilat course passed out. The girls after being passed out are teaching in different Madarastul Banat. In Shawwal 1435h according to 2014 new buildings were built wherein the old shaped Kulyatuttahiarat has been shifted.

The system of education

It is an eight year educational syllabus for girls’ education in which fiqh, Hadith, tafseer, nawh and sirf, along with Hindi, English and maths are taught by the fazilat and mullimat with full care.

Extra work of girls

Since in this institute of girls, is from the beginning class to the last course i.e. daurah Hadith and the girls, after having been passed out from here, get busy teaching and carrying out Islamic works in their own localities in other different places, so they, besides their syllabus, take interest to hold programs of oration and essay writing under the supervision of their teachers so that it may help them do convincingly the works of dawat among the women who are unaware or have lesser knowledge of Islamic teachings.

Handicrafts and other works related to household affairs

Apart from imparting Islamic teachings and some necessary modern educations to the students of this institute i.e. Kulyatuttahirat, they are also taught handicrafts and other important household affairs like cooking, sewing, zari works etc and the students show their interest in a lot.
May Allah Almighty help this institute progress and be a great source of learning and teaching!
